Breast pumps and accessories are personal use items and may be
returned only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with
manufacturer's seal intact. Returns received within 30 days of original
shipping date will be refunded excluding shipping & handling charges.
Please contact sales@northshorelactation.com for a return
authorization prior to returning an item. All products sold by North
Shore Lactation are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Please
contact the manufacturer directly if you have any warranty questions
or issues.
