Schedule a Self-Pay Consultation
You will be asked to pay for your consultation during the booking process below. You can pay with credit card, debit card or through most HSA/FSA programs. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Each insurance plan has its own rules and procedures regarding reimbursement, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Contact your insurer directly if you want to learn more about your plan coverage.

Follow-up consultations are $150

Schedule a self-pay appointment with an IBCLC of your choosing using the form above.
After booking your initial appointment, you will receive an email with North Shore Lactation's intake form. Please complete this form to confirm your appointment.

Given the often urgent nature of lactation support, North Shore Lactation kindly asks for 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation is received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of $50 will be invoiced.
